Something is forgotten with every order! Really every time. Conclusion: inattentive, mediocre taste, no risk of repetition.

Most of the time the food is well prepared! It may take longer than the app shows (or says in the email), but the suppliers are always super nice and I always love to order from you!

On time and quickly. Naturally delicious. It should be particularly emphasized that World of Pizza is the first supplier with enough salad dressing (otherwise always too little with all other suppliers).

Why does the app offer you a delivery time to choose from if it cannot be met? Our meal was 25 minutes late. This is especially inconvenient at lunchtime, when the break is limited and the calendar is planned.

We have now been waiting for the pizza for 2 hours and 15 minutes, which should actually come after a maximum of 1 hour. Okay Corona is an argument, but you should definitely take it into account.

17h59 placed an order for my family. It was then delivered at 9 p.m. Reached the hotline at 7:40 p.m., which said the order is on the way (it takes about 15 minutes to get there). Then I called again at 8:14 PM, the response from the nice Julia "the order is on the way" at 8:47 PM I canceled the order. That's not how I imagined Friday to be. I've been ordering here for years, but I wouldn't have thought such poor service was possible. Why is one not correctly informed or called that it will take longer and whether that is ok? You can call that service. I will now try other suppliers. In the meantime, Torsten Kaldun (GF) should train his employees and learn better and perhaps only accept as much in the future as can be achieved. Now he has one less family and one more bad review. Ordering via the website was easy and smooth. The pizzas and burgers were ok. Only the waiting time did not match what was stated in the order. There were 44 min. displayed, after 70 min I asked and after 75 min. the delivery was there. We'll try again for sure ...

Long waiting time when ordering via Lieferando. And the food wasn't good for the price. At least the voice on the phone was friendly when I called after 90 minutes to ask where the food was ... that should have been there 50 minutes ago.

Super tasty pizza, thin batter and crispy base. You can hardly find anything better in Potsdam ..

If you could give 0 stars, I would. We have just waited 3 HOURS for the pizza and no longer expected it to arrive at all. And then it wasn't even good. A friend recently waited 2 hours. At these prices you can really get more.

I ordered something there twice. First time: Pizza Tonno and a "World Burger". Pizza was mushy and definitely not quite cooked. Burger meat was dry, rolls not crispy, but "as if out of plastic packaging", so simply unpacked, cut and served. Second time: BBQ burger. Again dry meat and "raw" rolls. Cost: about 20 euros for the burger + fries and cola. Sorry, but for the money I can get something much better elsewhere. You can basically eat when you are really hungry, but I wouldn't call it a pleasure. After the second time at the latest, it became clear to me that the store wasn't good for much. In any case, I won't order anything there.

Wanted pasta with tomato sauce, chicken breast and mozzarella ink. Two drinks. What did we get Pasta with tomato sauce and mushrooms with a drink. In our opinion, the staff was rude and overwhelmed. Not recommended.

I am completely satisfied! For me there is nothing wrong with it. Of course, one or the other pizza looks quite dark, but you can also look for a needle in a haystack .-)

Super expensive, although picked up by myself. Still messed up the order. Update: No pizza was ready at the announced time. One was missing. Waiting time 30 minutes, two pizzas cold. That's how it was. Unfortunately it was still tasty. ;-)

Friendly English staff, speak good English, great food. Take card or euros.
